Another Seniour Leader Resign from SAD Party Membership
The revolt in the Shiromani Akali Dal After the Akali Dal leader Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, now in Mansa district, the Akali Dal suffered a major setback when the ex-SGPC member and former chairman of market committee Bhikhi Jathedar Baldev Singh Makhi quit the party.
After resigning from the primary membership of the party, he said that due to irregularities and other incidents in the past, his mind was hurt. Jathedar Makha also said that he has retired from politics.
These leaders also admitted that the Shiromani Akali Dal, the SGPC and the Akal Takht were reduced in the management. They were pointing to the direct use of the Akal Takht and the Akal Takht for the politics of the Shiromani Committee.
